We cross kettle alot because of the limescale in water and thought a ballot box would last longer energy and of stop while boiling the quantity just by the cup. The ballot box je'm thinking about only boils water not tea himself, therefore you can use it for the type of hot drink.

Met't have you first tea of intermingling and put then in the ballot box? I think that the this can be the water hardness this the problem.

That is an a lot better idea, but I would verify also in some type of filter of water limestone. Or, occasionaly cleans w/a dentures cleaning the tablet - they are big to remove ladder of files and are the friendly earth. Or clean w/the vinegar and the bicarbonate of solders. This manner can do you the same last ballot box longer.
