I bought this Omega 3 Oils of Fish (the Form Liquidates) and the directions read: Two Spoons of Tea daily. Now to do I take two Spoons of Tea for the Breakfast, the Lunch,
And the Dinner? Or a tea spoon during Breakfast and A Tea Spoon during Luch? Or two spoons of tea at the same time?
