Because we have a such small list of guest (as 50 people) chose ourselves to go for it itself by of person with all included instead of a $2000 expenses of piece more $25 a person. It allow us to improve food and drinks for almost it same price.

This will do a big difference on how much you spend in the total. $65/person seems very reasonable furnished the food, the cake, and the central pieces is all good quality. 20% is the pretty norm also. That is in fact rather good... mine was about 100/the head and we had about 150 there if I say that that is a packet rather good.
