Pure Ceylon Tea

I obtained these tea sachets recently of someone that did not want to use the remainder, and the label says only the Garden Tea of Pure Fresh Ceylan.

Traditionally the tea of Ceylan is black tea (the it was which one of the major English brands, Typhoo, used the whole time before it be became too dear). Unless it says otherwise that I would suppose that the this is black tea and black tea, unless specially treated, has caffine. The source (the sources) : Raised drinking the things.
