Kombucha Tea

Every time that I do the Tea of Kombucha I use the same recipe, black tea as a basis, a brown sugar, and of crude the mushroom.
Is there no other variations of tea? Can-j' to use green tea as the basis? and if does if the tea benifits always is there?

Je've never did Kombucha me, but I work in a coffee where it is served. Our basic Kombucha is done the tea of oolong, that which is vous're probably usage, but we have also a variation of green tea. Most of the goodness of the tea of Kombucha comes from the cultures of microorganisms that it degrade in any case and not true tea himself.

The result: Drink Kombucha for the advantages liqueurs that it brings, but if you want the antioxidants and EGCG, the stick with the high right green tea. The two are delicious in any case.
