Gourmet Tea Gift Basket

My employer is English and I would like to find a basket of gift of very pleasant gourmet that contains teas and small authentic English cakes. I am not English if not sure je'm which to look for, but I do the basket to have English/high authentic teas &the amplifier; the small cakes etc. etc. .. Something she truly could appreciate. If you are and/or English that knows high teas would like to know your opinion on the question and where to find a big basket. I know a lot of teas, but not English teas. Especially green and white and the tea of oolong. But je'd as to suggest an electric kettle if it doesn't the one has.
