3 Ballerina Tea

I bought just the 3 Teas of Ballerina since I the refuge't was uniform on to go to the toilet. I wondered how much surround I should drink and which stopwatch I should drink it. As the this is a senna based laxative I would not use it more than 2 days in a row. Drink 3 first cups thing in the morning and batches and a lot of waters after that. Dehydration is a major cause of constipation
